UCP Hero - Phil Harlan
As part of an Eagle Scout project, Phil donated more than 60 hours to UCP Colorado’s Creative Options program helping children ages 3 to 5 learn reading, writing and establishing English language skills. In addition, Phil, along with his friends and family, helped raise money to donate, build and install a beautiful wooden bench on the playground of Creative Options' Bemis facility located in Aurora, as well as providing each of the children with their very own monogrammed backpacks.
Phil has just completed his junior year at Regis Jesuit, plays Varsity Football and Lacrosse, maintains a 3.6 GPA. and has participated in a multitude of extra-curricular activities both at school and in the community. He has been active in Boy Scout Troop #637, participated in youth group, and has served his community in a variety of capacities. Philip exemplifies the Regis theme and is truly “a man for others.”
UCP Colorado would like to thank Phil, his family and friends for all they have contributed to UCP Colorado's Creative Options program and wish him the best of luck in all of his future endeavors!
