Creative Options Centers for Early Education serve children from 6 weeks to five years. Children and families receive strong support from our highly trained staff and dedicated team, which consists of early childhood educators, occupational therapists, speech therapists, family service workers and teacher assistants. At Creative Options Centers, we value parent involvement and support. If you would like to learn more about the Creative Options Centers for Early Education, please give us a call at 303-691-9668.
Creative Options Centers for Early Education provided early care, intervention, prevention, support and education services to expectant mothers and to 700 infants, toddlers and pre-school children and their families at six metro area centers in the last year.
As a result:
Teen parents learned about their children’s development, as well as, developing their own life skills.
100% of the children enrolled in our programs were screened for developmental and health concerns resulting in a decrease in children needing special education services.
90%of the children preparing for kindergarten demonstrated proficiency in language development and developmentally appropriate social emotional behaviors.
Over 60% of our families attended parent nights, parent trainings and volunteered at the centers
Through our family interviews and surveys, our parents told us that they felt respected and were considered partners in the development of their child’s educational goals. |

| Cerebral Palsy of Colorado has expanded its comprehensive early education services to preschool-age children in Aurora through a Head Start grant serving children of all abilities.
Morning and afternoon preschool is available to over 300 children Monday through Thursday. Classroom sites are conveniently located throughout Aurora. As part of the Family Enrichment Program, teachers work with children and parents in their home once a month. Children and families also have a classroom experience three times a week.
Head Start provides a broad range of services for families and children, including education, health, nutrition, social services, and parent involvement components. All programs at Creative Options are family-centered, because we feel strongly that parents are their child's first and most important teacher, nurturer and advocate. |
