Alfa Club of the Rockies

Alfa Club of the Rockies
Since 1910 Alfa Romeo has been building some of the most beautiful cars in the world in Milan Italy.  In its heyday, Alfa won the prestigious Mille Miglia road race an unprecedented eleven times.  Even Enzo Ferrari drove and raced Alfas prior to starting his own auto company.  Unfortunately since 1995 Alfa has chosen to only import a few very high end models to the USA, making them a relatively rare sight these days.

The Alfa Club of the Rockies (formerly Alfa Club of Colorado) is part of Alfa Romeo Owners Club USA, and was established in 1968 by a couple of Alfisti putting fliers on windshields.  The current club has over 100 members, with frequent events during the year.  Our three day summer driving tour and Alfa Circo (track day at High Plains Raceway), are very popular.  These along with day drives, museum/garage tours, our holiday party, and at least one or two fund raising events, give an ample variety of events for everyone.

As of 2012 we are proud to announce our club return to the Colorado CP Concours.  Please stop by our tent at the concours for more information on the club, or go to our website at-  www.alfacluboftherockies.com  All Alfa enthusiasts are encouraged to join.

We meet on the 2nd Tuesday of every even-numbered month at various locations in the Denver Metro area, and Saab ownership is not required. We do not collect mandatory dues, but prefer voluntary contributions in helping with club projects and in putting on meetings and events. In 1999 and 2009 we hosted the North American Saab Owners' Conventions and Tours of the Rockies, which are remembered by many attendees from three continents as a couple of the best conventions ever.
