Dear Friends,

Imagine if you will, an academic environment that recognizes and celebrates the diversity, uniqueness and individual gifts each of our children bring to the world. Imagine a place where youth and adults with disabilities and other barriers to employment are released from the seemingly endless list of “can’t do” into a world full of opportunity. Imagine also, a network of parents and other family members of people living with disabilities connecting with each other and hearing for the first time, “You are not in this alone; I’m here for you.” Finally, imagine a playground filled with children, disabled and not, playing together, creating pretend worlds and chasing every hope and dream they have with all the enthusiasm only children possess.

This is the world that CP of Colorado needs your help to create. I am humbled and pleased to give you an in depth look at what the future of CP of Colorado holds. I ask for your support to make this vision a reality.

Join me on the journey and celebrate with me the courage, hope and triumph of our founding mothers. They introduced us to the promise of a future filled with opportunity for those who follow behind them. It is our commitment to continue their legacy of creating places where every person deserves a chance to participate. This journey will take us from devastation to hope, isolation to participation and from rejection to acceptance.

I am deeply honored to present to you the Capital Campaign for Cerebral Palsy of Colorado.

Warmest Regards,

Judith Ham

President and CEO

Cerebral Palsy of Colorado
